Power steering hose

2010 m35..So a few mons back, I turkey baster the old fluid out and and replace with fresh fluid. A week or 2 went by and I heard squealing when I started the car. Saw that the fluid was low and added some more, th e squealing stopped. Some time had went by again, same scenario, then again. Since then I've added 2 3/4. I know for sure I didn't remove that much.. and I'm seeing fluid all over the hose. Is the high pressure hose usually the culprit? Does it fail where the crimps are?

If it's original hoses, it may be time to replace them - they are 14-15 years old depending on production date.
