power steering hose leaking

the power steering hose on my 92q45 is leaking . it was rplaced with a hose that was made by a hose shop. i believe that it may be leaking through the threads. is this a diy job

If its leaking through the threads try tightening it yourself it may not have been tightened enough at first or (hopefully not) crossthreaded. Wipe it off good first then hit it with carb/brake cleaner, just to make sure where its leaking. Yes it's a DIY.The worst is the crossthread or having the hose rebuilt, a good excuse to change the fluid anyway!
