SR power steering pump is the only way to do it, unless you want to make a custom bracket for the KA one...

You have a Super HICAS power steering pump then. The pump (obviously) and bracket are both different. I had the same issue with my SR swap. First you need to take apart the back housing on the PS pump and take out the fan blades so that it is just the wheel alone. Reassemble that being careful with the gasket placement so it doesn't leak. Then you need to find a screw in plug for the second outlet. I happened to have something laying around that fit, so I can't offer any help on what it was that I used. You will reuse your KA pressure side line, but use the brass screw in thing from the SR pump. The line won't line up perfectly, it'll run into the second outlet. You just have to get it on there as best you can.

That should do it. Where did you get your SR from BTW?

One more thing. The return outlet from the SR pump is much larger than the KA outlet so the hose won't fit. I lucked my way into finding a nice hose at Auto Zone that starts out large on one side and narrows down to the KA size line on the other side with nearly perfect bends in it. I can't tell you what part number or what car it was originally for because the part was laying on a shelf there and had no part number. Make friends with the people at AutoZone, you will need to find several prebent hoses to make heater hoses out of. I had to hack up a couple and plug n play until I found hoses that work almost like they were meant to be there.

Yeah, I had to use a 1/2" to 3/4" coupler to piece together the supply hose from the reservoir (it's not a return outlet, it's a supply line/low presure hose)

BTW...I used my stock banjo bolt to plug the rear outlet and just filled it with JB weld. Kind of gheto, but it seems to work. I also slid my old pilot bearing over it to simulate the hose and also to not allow the JB Weld to leak out the side holes.

My sr from heavythrottle came with a new resevior hose fitting already on the pump, so i cant comment on it not fitting. Maybe heavythrottle can sell you one intstead of having to mess with new hoses and crap. So yeah all my ps stuff just bolted on.

try jspec.com heavythrottle.com sr20store.com and phase2motortrend.com for a used non-HICAS ps pump. You can probably get it cheap from at least one of those places.

Enjuku told me a non-Super HICAS pump was $450 because the demand has gone up a lot recently due to a lot of Super HICAS SR's coming over here. Let me know if you find one for a decent price.

I agree. You should be able to find something for about $60+sh. Heavy Throttle said one time that they try to hook non-hicus and hicus people up so they can trade.
