Power Steering Help!

So I got some leaking/broken pressure hoses, so whenever I turn quick power steering fluid obviously sprays all over my head and header and clouds of smoke come bellowing out haha. Once I go get my new pressure hoses, is it hard to change them? I could use any advice or directions to make this as easy as possible, b/c I am new to Nissans. BTW it is a 91.
