So, after driving my car to the gas station i noticed an odd smell and some smoke coming from the bay. I had a pool of liquid sitting in the oilcap and running down the side of the intake. A wet spot on the hood above the oil cap. Exhaust 1 and 2 wet and smoking. Freaked out i went and grabbed a paper towel and dabbed some of the liquid. Red! sigh of relief, haha.

Found that whenever i turned my wheel to about lock while idling i'd have a huge stream of fluid shoot practically over the valvecover from this spot.

I realize now that I put power steering fluid in vs atf fluid. Any chance switching back to the ATF will stop my leak? I probably need a new hp hose right? Also, anyone try the ISIS SS ps line?

You need a new high pressure line man. ATF might not have been what caused the problem but definitely run the red juice next time :)

What uppppppp
