It's not power steering fluid if it's coming down inside your firewall. First and foremost the power steering on Z cars use Dexron type ATF, power steering fluid is too thin and will make a small leak worse in a hurry. The only way the power steering could get fluid inside the car is if the steering shaft boot were completely gone and you have a leak shooting at just the right angle to get inside. the far more likely scenario is that you are leaking brake fluid, The master sits above your feet and if the seals on the master and booster are gone you can get fluid coming through the firewall. I've seen this happen. and if you are loosing brake fluid you wanna get that fixed ASAP!
