i know i have read this before , but i wanted to make sure which one is which, i wanted to put mobil 1 full synthetic but i only see dexron VI and i dont know if that one is ok to used so that why im here to ask ..better safe than sorry...thank you

There's actually some debate about it, but from I've read, you can add syn to regular power steering fluid, and it won't cause any damage.

Are you adding, or doing a flush/fill to the power steering? Not that it matters, just curious...

I would think it'd be ok either way.

For power steering fluid dexron 3 is more than good enough. If you have an extra qt of some synthetic dexron or dexron 6 go ahead and use it, but you gain nothing in power steering life or performance by using a synthetic.
