I went to Brakes Plus for oil, brake fluid and power steering fluid flush and they said they cant flush the power steering wheel fluid because the Versa does not need them bc the it uses the electric or something instead of fluid.
Is this true? If it is I dont have to have any maintenance for power steering right?

He is correct. Versa's have the EPS, electrical power steering, so you don't have any fluids to worry about. Shouldn't be any maintenance either.

Kinda related. I just bought my versa and the PS seems to not be working. I was about to try and purchase PS fluid but then I read this. Is there something I could adjust myself to fix this or do I have to bring my car back to the dealer?

it's an electric solenoid attached to the steering column, so no there isn't adjustment.
