There was a link on another forum if you can still find it (fresh alloy or zilvia) which detailed the actual belt #'s.
Basic idea:
see you have a 92, which means to remove the power steering pump from the equation, you need a small belt that will go around the water pump/crank pulley w/o a tensioner since the ps pump is the tensioner. There was a part # on one of the other forums like I said, but if you have the patience, you can go to the auto parts store & try different belts until you can get one that barely fits. I don't personally like this idea because the belt can get loose since there is no tensioner and you won't have a spinning water pump...
Technically, that's all you have to do if you plan on keeping power steering.
It's much more recommended tho to get a ps pump quickly and replace it. If you wait too long, you may kill your rack. Might as well check your hi-pressure line too since that may start going bad as well.
