Hey I change my power steering belt on my 91 300zx tt and now it keeps walking itself off. It looks like the power steering pulley is closer to the engine than the crank pulley so the belt looks like it is kind of slanted. how do I get the power steering to push away from the engine so the pulleys line up. Thanks!

Your PS pulley is likely flipped, have a look at it and make sure that its sitting correctly.

Hey thanks for the replay! When I spin it with my hand it seems a little warped. If that's the problem Ill go a head and get a new pulley, but when I sit a wood rod across the two pulleys, it doesn't sit exactly with the pulleys. Maybe they don't have to be exactly lined if the pulley isn't warped, so then Ill go ahead and get a new pulley. But I just want to make sure its just the pulley before I order it.

Like I said before, are you sure that its facing the right way, the PS pulley will go onto the pump both ways, but the drive surface where the belt goes is concentric to the hub of the pulley, being warped is another issue completely. The belt should be completely straight and the pulleys should line up.
