All rubber hoses and combo rubber metal high pressure hoses leak!Over 20.2 years I've replaced everyone at least once most TWICE!

I've been extremely diligent about replacing/flushing PS fluid often, I can imagine what happens to those who don't spend or pay attention.

I have to admit I sucked at typing English when I first joined NICO. But I can barely make sense of your post and I have seen some bad typing.

Look at the service manual and look at all the potential leak points shown the the ST section: http://Nicoclub.com/FSM/Q45

HINT: Make sure the to fill the power steering reservoir then when full hold the steering wheel locked either way for no more than 15 seconds. You should then find the leak, if not perform the same test on a lift.

Crack a PS line open at the rack, turn steering wheel end to end allowing fluid to drain while pouring fresh fluid in PS resevoir until clean fluid comes out opened line at rack. Not the easiest but it works well

Thats the easiest, best way to do it yourself- just do it 1x per day that the car is driven, and after 6-8 times { going through 2 quarts of new fluid} the fluid is very near 100% changed out.- after that, going through 1 new quart ANNUALLY is sufficient to maintain - quick, simple, and effective......I have performed the above routine since new on my Q, and so far at 14 years old and 248,000 miles I am still operating on original steering rack and pump.

R&P is reputedly machined to 10,000ths of an inch. Don't run out of fluid for even a tenth of a second!

There are machines that simultaneously fill and extract, and some even do a complete mechanical exchange. Since the wheel has to be turned lock to lock while this is happening, machines are rather cheap in the large equation of risk of damage.
