I was wondering if anyone who has done an RB swap has retained power steering, and if so is it hard to hook it up?

Another thing was has anyone retained air conditioning with the swap? (seeing as I'm in Florida and it's hot as balls here in the summer)

Also I read that someone was doing a group buy for A31 crossmembers? Whats going on with that? How much? When? And how do I contact who ever's doing that?

Thanks,Sean

I think the biggest issue with PS is on the RB26DETT, i've heard that a swap to a single turbo will solve this though. I however i'm hoping to keep the PS and the twin turbos, if it's possible i'll do it....the RB26 is expensive enough without having to buy a new turbo and manifold too....

Yeah, I guess I'm just stuck with whether to get a CA18 or an RB20. I don't have the money for any of the other RB's, and like I said before I really want to keep a/c and PS. (I've heard you can do this fairly easily with the CA)

BTW, Anyone in the central florida area done an RB swap? I'd really like to see the end result in person (although your swap looks badass in the pictures Night!)

I'd like to see a swap in Orlando, too. I'm at UCF!!

Where are you located at, bro?

I go to UCF too. I live off Alafaya towards Oviedo.

Do you go to the Colonial event on Sat. nights? I'm going to-night if you want to meet up there. I drive the red s13 coupe.

Thanks for the info Night,

Actually I'm thinking of doing an rb20det swap(not the rb25), mostly for money reasons. I realize the ultimate power potential is much greater with the 25, but for the time being my budget doesn't allow it. I'm basically going to run whatever engine I get stock for now.

As for the swap, I'm going to do that myself, but would really like someone local to come help if I run into any problems..

I might however, be interested in your rb20 clips. how much is shipping to florida? I have access to a commercial shipping address too if that lowers the cost at all..

thanks,Sean
