Hey Guys,

I got a new driver seat because the motor on my seat didn't work when I bought the car. I swapped it out and found that there is only one plug coming out from under the carpet in my car. I think it has 4 pins but anyway, there's another small plug coming off of it with a red and white spotted red wire. I'm assuming this is for moving the seat forward and backward.

I plugged the only plug from my car to the chair, now the seat goes up, down, and the back goes forward and backward but the seat itself doesn't slide along the track.

If it is the red and white wired plug, can I just hook that up to 12Vs and when I press the switch it will move? Or is it a little more complicated than that?

Thanks,
