power seat probleme

hi, my left front seat dont go front and back ,i just hear a click from the motor when i press the button !! if it is a stripped gear , I would hear the motor turn but now its just a click !! i try to disconnect and tap the motor a little bit and reconnect and nothing !! what do you think , the motor is dead ?? and its a Murano 2007 SE , thank you if you an help me, and sorry for my bad English , i hope you enderstand
