Power seat problem I30

The driver's power seat on my 2000 I30 will not move forward or back. It will rise and lower and the recline also works. When you hit the front/back switch you hear a clicking sound. I do not know if it is a fuse or a bad motor. If it is a fuse, does anyone know which one it is. I looked at the fuse boxes and do not see one labeled for the power seats. Also, I noticed a white connector that is not pluged into anything under the seat. It has three wires - gray, gray with red stripe, and black.
