Power rear seats

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

hey, i just picked up the new EX35 about 2 weeks ago and i'm loving it. it has everything i want without being too big. small enough for a daily commuter but big enough for that occasional run to the home depot. speaking of home depot, if i have something big, i just fold down the rear seats. have any of you guys noticed that if you press that button in the cargo area, it seems to just fumble over but when you press the button to raise it, the seats uses a motor to raise it smoothly up. well just playing around with it, i raised the seat half way up and let go, and the seat back lowered itself slowly.....without fumbling and tumbling over and shaking the car. my question is, is there a way to program the seat back to lower smoothly as it seems to be possible. other than that, the EX is perfect. i went into the dealer looking for a G35 sedan and walked out with the EX35. the dealer said i was the first person to pick it up.

I love the way the rear seat backs fold down QUICKLY when you press the rear buttons to release them! They are very useful for keeping unruly passengers under control!... Just pull over, open the rear hatch, and smack them in the back of the head with the seat back!

did you ever see the SRX 3rd row elctronic folding seats??? it's amazingly engineered.

Too bad Infiniti didn't power the rear door. guess I will have to find an after market solution for that (hehe)

Ciao for now
