hey has any one ever heard of this company. my friend just bought 2 12 subs from a local dealer... since they were cheap i figuered they would just be decent, but suprisingly with a little tweaking of the amp they hit nice and clean, he only has the power to run one right now because the second channel on his amp is sending out mainly high notes. and just that one hits fairly nice.

just wondering if anyone else has had and experience with this brand...

I think "could be wrong" but Simmsled our main Audio moderator has their amps, and they are nice and clean, I personally have never had any experiences with them..........................

PPI has made really nice products in the past, I am assuming there new stuff is just as good as there older stuff, I loved there Art series amps, I think that was the name of the series, white with colorful art. They went bankrupt if I remember correctly, and DEI bought them out and started manufacturing them again. There flat-pistoned subs were very nice also. Haven't heard much of their new stuff though.

Very nice, not many people still have them or have ever heard of them, back in 96 I was running the art series amps, and their flat pistoned subs, some of the nicest stuff I've ever seen.

I still have some of the flat piston PPI Pro Subs. They are 8's with custom 2ohm voice coils. They used to be in the PPI demo car on the rear deck powered by a PC4800 (200w) stereo for midbass. They are just sitting in my garage next to a bunch of other car audio stuff.
