Power package installion in Vera S Base model

Is there any possibility of getting the SL Power pacakage ( Power windows, keyless entry etc. ) installed on the Nissan Versa Hatchback S model? I tried with the dealer and they refuse to do it?

Is anyone aware of any aftermarket (Nissan certified) guys who could do this?
