I just bought another 240. The doors and the car have rust around the mirrors, I was thinking of replacing the doors with my other 240. How difficult would it be to install the power mirrors from the other car?

shouldn't be that hard...you would have to get the wiring and the switch from the other car too, but it should be fairly straight forward.
