Power Mirror control Switch

Does anybody ever have issues with the control switch for power mirrors when the car has been sitting in the sun and the temperature of the interior is hot? Mine only works when the temperature has been reduced. The passenger side still works at all times. The switch is completely plugged in, I wonder if it is the mirror assembly or a wiring harness, or just the switch itself. I'll have to test the switch and see.

I noticed it again today. This isn't a serious issue, since it is on the drivers side and can be reached from the drivers' seat. I just was curious if anyobdy else encountered this problem.
