ok guys , I’ve recently noticed a lost power in my 94 t when running at normal running temperatures, its runs great on a fresh start when cold or Luke warm , but once it reaches normal running temp its gets rather sluggish on the acceleration side , I’ve replaced the fuel supply pump and there are no injection problems . The spark plugs are also brand new ....what would cause power loss when at running temperatures.the car runs very strong when cold, even chirps tire from a stand still ....im clueless as to what this could be , some previous post have said knock sensors may cause power loss ...may this be my only problem...

I need your help guys...

Have car scanned for codes with a Consult.Sounds like defective knock sensors.

The ecu monitors coolant temp and adds ignition advance the colder the coolant is to aid in warm up once 120F is reached it normalizes until 195F where ignition advance is progressively decreased to reduce overheating

Also could be a failing FP that is thermally stressing your FPCU by drawing too much current and melting solder joints which solidify when cooled.

We didn't say BLINDLY REPLACE we said to test first, once you report the test results we'll formulate more detailed tests and data logs vs acceleration.

Mechanics throw parts, technicans test, engineers do the complicated math in their heads.
