In searching for the cause of my seemingly random power loss in upon acceleration, I have come up with a couple of possible explanations. First, what the hell is up with my FPR! It looks like somebody has been chewing on it. I can't believe I never noticed it before. That will be the first thing I change.

I also thought that the Walbro might not be getting enough juice because the problem seems to get worse when my electric fans kick in, even though they are not running of the pump fuse (anymore):) There is a write up somewhere on how to wire the pump up with a relay going straight to the battery but the people doing that are running pretty high boost and experience the problem at higher RPM. I am runnign 10psi and bogg down in 1st and second.

And one more question. What is this and where does it go? It was tucked away hiding under the fuse box.

This is totally off topic and please flail it for me, but while your down there, can you point out the wire that shows the starter the ignition signal. Im having a problem with this (the plug is not there). Thanks in advance.

What is wrong with your FPR. It looks fine to me. If you are talking about the bend, it's supposed to be like that.

The plug is one of the mystery, unused plugs. I cut mine off.

Looks to me like the plug for the AC dual pressure switch. (I think that's what it's called )
