Welcome to NICO. We still need lots of information from you to give any more than a guess. Are you doing the work yourself or taking it to a shop? Mileage? How long have you owned your Q? Idling smooth? Brief service history?
Without all that here's a couple of guesses: You mentioned replacing the Fuel Pump (FP) but how about the FP Control Unit (FPCU)? It's easy to check by unplugging it and grounding the fuel pump so it only runs on one speed. Check out the link below and do some searching on your own to answer all your questions on this procedure.

I'm also a big fan of checking the resistance of your fuel injectors and knock sensors. Another simple task that takes about 5 minutes and can tell you a lot about the health of your engine. Put a new battery in the voltmeter and check this link:

Your problem is probably a simple one and when you figure it out you'll be hooked on NICO. There will be lots of others posting up help but the extra info would take a lot of the guesswork out of it.
