Perhaps the seals (gaskets) in the turbo are just shot enough to leak oil at boost. Hope the iternals are in good shape from over-heating! do you run a FMIC? oil cooler?

Headgasket. The fact it wont make boost and pushes coolant at the same time leads me to believe that. That and the fact you just overheated the motor. I vote warped head and/or headgasket.

Maybe he's burning some coolant at the turbo or at the head?

Ok? Oil and coolant don't have to mix for the headgasket to be compromised.

I had a toasted HG and all I did was leak coolant out the back of the head. But, after looking at my pics of the oil and water passages, if you are buring coolant, there should be some mixing. Not guaranteed, but it should. Check the turbo first, but if you have full coolant and full oil, then that is all it should be. If you are low on coolant, or have crud in either the coolant or the oil....toast. No need to worry though, a head gasket change is doable. Trust me....I of all people should know LOL.
