power loss in first gear??!!??

I've lost pickup and power from a dead stop and in low gear turns. Last week I cleaned the MAF and haven't seen a difference. Maybe its bad..but before I change it, anyone have any other suggestions.

I would pull codes to see if there is one recorded before doing anything.
