power loss, fuel pump?

Ok I feel like this is the fuel pump, But i wanted to make sure i didnt overlook a common ka24de problem. Its a 93 240sx stock, It feels a little low on power all the time, but usally after 15minutes (give or take ) it feels really low on power(like fall on your face low if u get on it) If i just reach up and click the key off and on real quick it goes back to normal for a few??? any help u guys can give is appreciated, thxs ahead of time!!

i have a weak fuel pump in my 240 rite now and i havnt got around to swaping it out yet. some symtems are: slugish acceleration (if floored). also when your driving at a steady pace and there are periodically sudden slight lags for a second or so...and if your fuel pump is huming instead of BUZZING at the turn of the ignition thats also a good sign its weak.
