Power locks, windows, and passive seatbelt not working *help*

I have a 93 Nissan 240sx that the power locks windows and seat belts have stopped working all at once, the last time I drove the car everything worked, I stopped driving the car for about 2 years then recently decided to driving it again. Replaced the battery started her up an that's when I noticed that the belts, locks and windows did not work checked all relays and fuses, all looked good but still unable to get them to work.

Any suggestions? I'm at wits end here someone throw be a bone please!!!
