power locks not working

Need some help. Have a 97 q45 and power locks from remote stopped working. If I insert key can still get all four locks to open/ lock. Changed battery in remote no luck. I have viper alarm/remote start keypad. Also tried using factory alarm pad still no luck. Could it be a fuse? If so not marked anywhere.

unfortunately we are going to be of marginal help because you have an aftermarket thing installed. Who knows what the problem could be?

You can goto http://www.q45.org and try and reprogram the factory remote. The locks arent shot if you can unlock and lock the car by pressing the buttons/key.

The reprogram takes about 3 mins (even though you'll probably have to try it multiple times), so try that before you mess with anything.
