power locks broken ??

hello, i have a 95 240sx se with 91k. well i have been riding withought the door panels for some time now and and i secured my power windows/lock control near the handle, anyway for the past week it has been dangling since i need a new way to secure it. but one day i noticed that the power lock switch cracked off!!

however, if i put the switch back on, it still wont work, and on the passenger side, the power lock control WILL lock both dorrs, but WONT opEN them!??!
