"Power" light flashing 16times on cefiro

Hello guys.I have problem with my nissan cefiro 1991 automatic with the following description.

- The engine randomly stalled when running, more likely to happen after driving 1 hour or more, it would still run but it won't rev above 3000rpm, sometimes it wont run above 2000rpm. (like it has rev limit)

- When that happen I just have to shutdown the ignition, wait for 10 second, start it up again, and it works. But the problem will happen again after running for about 30 minutes, more or less.

- The "power" light on dash showing 1 long flash, followed by 16 times flash after turning ignition to on, but sometimes (rarely) it just showing 1 long flash without 16 flash. I found some reference about overdrive light flashing code, but is it the same with "power" light?

- My eyes often feel iritated when in the cabin, or when opening the engine hood. Is it probably NOx gas created in lean fuel-to-air mixture? (fuel delivery problem?)
