WHAT'S WITH TYPING IN ALL CAPS???
Common report from owners who install spacers. I didn't hear anything...G_whizz wrote:Congrats!
Why would you think there would be more "noise" coming out of the engine bay?
Well ; I meant SOUND which the intructions posted in "How To " is mentioned, BTW the instructions are great I didn't use Permatex because the spacer came with gaskets glued on both sides, but I even used the clothes hanger and twine, LOL.G_whizz wrote:Congrats!

Well that and headers, but is it just me or are headers for G's ridiculously over priced??BrandAidDesignG35 wrote:I've spent a total of 4K on my baby so far, 90% was sadly spent on ebay, but I'm currently running nearly everything, except the "supercharger"... lol

No, my track days are in the past, I now enjoy looking for victims on the hyway and traffic lights (mostly germans, I will take on some japanese too) but with the stillen body kit, 08 wheels and wider tires, my G looks more agressive, so not many are willing to take the beating. My next moove will be: sway bars and 7 cable grouding kit, any one care to comment on best choices on these, I'm inclined to Stillen bars and Grounding Gear.AndrewG909 wrote:Thanks for all the info. Ocho, have you taken your car to the track yet. I'm just curious what time's you'd pull with those mods, since we have the same car.
I'm interested to know what you think of the sway bars. Suspension and exhaust are on my list of things to do.ocho wrote:

Sway bars will help keep the car planted coming out of ramps into the hyway and won't affect ride confort, a stiffer suspention will help more when cruising the canyon roads and in take off the car will not sit (weight tranfer) and will moove forward faster, stiffer suspention usually means lowering your G which are pretty low allready if it's a daily driver better watch speed bumps. My choice for sway bars for now are Stillen because they are adjustabe.Exhaust? well Stillen again if you want low decibels. And yes I will look into your option for cables, thanks.Sentientbydesign wrote:

As for the ground wires. Check out my kits in the fab marketplace (link in sig). Same quality as Grounding Gear, but significantly less expensive, no wire logos, easy QUICK communication, and much faster shipping.
Thanks. I know what the sway bars do. I just want to hear somebody else's take on it.ocho wrote:
