power issues-pls help asap

has any one had any problem getting power after removing the smog stuff. im not getting any power 2 the fuse panial. battery,fuses, main ground nd power cables nd just bout all thr relays i could find are all good. nothing is happening when i turn the key n any position. im out of ideals

i finally figured it out. it was sumthing stupid just like i thought the freaking power wire the goes to the fusable link that gives power to the alternater. but now its just cranking and i got fuel nd spark gotta doule check the timing chains marks r lined up. not looking forward to taking off the bottom timing cover ,the plus is i figured out the problem nd fixed it
