Power FC won't save settings!!

HELP! Anyone have any ideas? The power FC won't save changes that you make to it. Once you turn the ignition off, poof! They're gone! It reverts back to the settings I initially did when I first hooked it up, which is pig rich and not enough timing nor proper cold start fueling. So, every time I drive it I have to set like 10 things before it runs halfway decent. We looked inside the FC and there are no batteries or anything that could be dead. Also, the Initialize function on the FC doesn't seem to work to restore all the settings back to stock, I thought that might have something to do with it. In addition, I don't think it's an issue with a constant ECU power because the FC manual says it will save settings even without constant power! WTF!!!
