power fc

i just got a power fc from a friend, it runs good little rich, which is good 'cause i upped my boost to 10-11 psi, with my AVC R, i have one problem whenever i let go of the gas it will idle down a lot sometimes it'll die on me, and yesterday i gave me a hard time trying to start it, i had to give it some gas, can you point me in the right direction, im gonna have it tuned next week, will that take care of this problem??thanks
