I just got a power fc from a friend which i seen work with my own 2 eyes and work fine...but now when i put it on my car the commander doesnt come on...i dont hear my fuel pump priming...and i aint even attempt to try to start it...i put the ecu on with the battery off the car...by the way he had a s1 using it and i have a s2 could this be causing the problem

Series I and II ecu's are interchangable, so that's not it. The car runs fine on a stock ecu, right?

just sent ya my number. take a look at this pic of the bottom of a relay.

instead of car ground going to pin 85 you would run pin 16 from the ecu. then you would run a constant 12v to pin 86 and pin 30. then pin 87 goes out to the 3 pins on the ecu (49, 59 and 109) ignore the ignition coil relay unless you're having problems with ignition as well.

ok so i got the car to start but it only last for a few seconds...also when i do sensor check..on the power fc its show my maf at .52 volts is that right?? and also do i need to run the 3 wires into a 12v continuity or what...cause to get it to start for that few second i ran it into pin 58

you shouldn't have ANYTHING ran to pin 58 other than a constant 12 volts.

go to autozone, buy a standard automotive relay SPDT. and wire it EXACTLY like i explained above.

ecu pin 16 to pin 85 on the relay. ecu pins 49, 59 and 109 to pin 87 on the relay. 12 volt constant source needs to be wired to pin 30 and pin 86 on the relay. the 12 volt constant ALSO needs to be wired to pin 58 on the ecu.

thats IT! i don't mean to be rude but if that is too difficult to understand then maybe you should take this to someone who knows how to handle wiring. just jumping wires around like you are is a good way to fry your power fc
