Power FC problems, need a shop recomendation.

Does any one know of a good place in the Los Angeles area that specializes in sr20det wiring?

I recently took my '91 240sx with a kouki s14 motor to a well know tuning shop in L.A. to have a power FC installed and tuned. It turned out that the power FC would not work correctly with my car due to some wiring issues. (I bought the car used with the motor already installed.) The shop attemped to rewire the car but they were unsuccessful. They got the power fc to turn on but its contantly draining power from the battery, wont store any settings if it is disconnect from the battery and the car doesnt shut off properly when i take the key out of the ignition. They suggested they might beable to fix it by getting a new engine harness and replacing the current one($$$) BUT they are unsure even that will fix the problem. It seems like they just dont have any pinpoint ideas why the power FC is working incorrectly. Unfortunatly i dont have a clue how the car was originaly wired so thats made things very difficult for them. (Its definatly not the power FC... an alternate was used to confirm this. )

So I'm wondering if there might be a place that is more specialized in wiring and powerFCs who can help me. A place that could pinpoint the problem with out me having to replace my entire harness. Does anyone have any ideas? Preferably in the Los Angeles area.
