Guys, I have a type-x blacktop in my 93 240sx. I have a gt2871r, DeatschWerks 600cc injectors, and a z32 maf. I am planning getting this tuned out between 18-21 psi

My question- Apexi power fc & commander or emanage or ????

Whats the best way to go? Also, stupid question right here... Do I need a maf if I get the power fc? Someone told me I might not need it??? Thanks for all your help.

the power fc comes in 2 different versions. l-jetro and d-jetro. l-jetro is for a maf sensor and d-jetro is if you are converting to a map sensor. d-jetro also requires additional sensors. cant comment on how well it works yet, i just ordered mine.

Power FC being an actual standalone will be better than the E-Manage which is a piggyback. I went with an Enthalpy tune and SAFCII because i found the costs of tuning a Power FC to be pretty expensive and i upgrade my setup to often to afford the tuning costs of a standalone.

Price difference betweeen powerfc maf version and emanage ultimate with harness is about $300. Both require a retune or fine tune, but the powerfc is a full standalone, hence the price difference.

Just save that money and get a Standalone ECU Allow you to tune everything.
