Power FC ID

Hey everybody I have an Power FC and commander that I need to ID. I was told its for a red top sr20. This is the serial number it hasImage

I read somewhere that early versions of the Power FC weren't either J or L jetro but some people claim they must be one or the other. Can someone verify the truth to this?
