Power Fc failure

Hi guys..i need advise from u all. I had install power fc which i bought it second hand.At first from the owner itself the engine can be start. However, to my engine a sound of crank can be hear witout the engine start on. i'm wondering how come with a same stock engine can't start the engine using power fc???
