Before the mods get to you, I believe all GBs have to be approved by them, fyi.

However, I will pose this question, how exact do the surfaces of the block/head have to be for this to seal well. Can I expect the same issuses as with my MLS headgasket where I get oil out the side because it didn't fully seal? I know an OEM gasket would seal and be fine for my application most likely, but I want insurance. Also, I assume this is reusable because its metal?

With a fel-pro hg being good to 500 hp, and a normal MLS gasket good to well over the ka's capability to make power(roughly 1000 crank hp before the cyl walls split), whats the freaken point of spending 250 bucks on a HG?

Im not buying the 'added cooling capability' either.. Unless your porting the water galleys your not going to increase flow by making the gasket water ports slightly bigger. Sounds like a load of sht to me.

So.. You need 100 people to even get this thing made??

I think with the extra work you need for a MLS gasket; You would just stick with the Cometic.

But I personally don't think it's gonna be any better than the Cometic in our application. But what do I know.

Just my $.02

I know its pricey, but hey, it's good to know that there ARE alternatives to a Cometic headgasket.

KA aftermarket is increasing greatly these days!

I'm glad to see the ka aftermarket expand, but as stated earlier, why have that much overkill? I would imagine that this will need a near perfect sealing area as does a cometic.Personally for my application, a fel-pro will more than suffice. And at $40 it is a lot less.

want to do a group buy, contact Greg, AZHitman here on Nico. His email is [email protected]

Also there isnt any extra coling benefit. Saying things like that without saying how is bad bussiness and I'm going to voice my opionion AGAINST anyone buying this as I *** it as a total waste of money.

That same $250 could get you more then one custom copper head gasket that will hold 1000whp and can be reused 5 times. I'm not referring to the type that requires a oring job either.

This is NOT appoved, nor is it a good deal.

^ Exactly.

Cometic HG and a good machine shop is your friend, and I know a TON of high-hp KA-T's running Fel-Pro or Cometic HG's with no issues.

Increased cooling capacity? LOL - Please.

We build cars, we know BS when we see it.
