Power enterprise bearings

Hi all, has anyone used Power Enterprise "Black Metal" bearings, they claim to last twice as long as normal bearings and since my conrod bearings have decided to die I was thinking of getting some.

Any views?

Those are some mighty expensive bearings, closing in on $400 a set with shipping. Sounds like some nice bearings but one would have to consider the cost/benefit ratio.

They cost about £70 (going on the Taka Kaira site) before shipping and import tax so about £100 for me, so i don't know weather to get them or not, but seeing as everyone says I drive like a **** then they maybe worth it.
