I have a 93 240sx KA24DE. Around 3500 rpm the power drops off. the strange thing is that it picks up again around 6000. the only way th describe it is, Its like a kick in the A** at 6000rpm. I have no engine mods.

What could the problem be. If any over info is needed, let me know.

1)pull dist cap and rotor off. remove rotor plate(with the little holes all around it). clean plate and dist guts. put back together.

2)monitor maf voltage while shes messing up.
