Power Door Lock Relay - 87 Maxima

I can't locate this relay in my car. The door locks in the car will lock with the driver's door rocker switch, but won't unlock. I've looked at location diagrams from 2 different manuals (Haynes and NAPA online) and still can't seem to find. Haynes shows it in the trunk with the Unlock Relay, but my car doesn't have it here. Any other ideas or where can I find other diagrams?

Is there a switch on the passenger's side? Does it do the same?

I'll look around and see if I can find some info for you on the relay. It could also be the switch. The switches on the door tend to get wet when they are opened in the rain and such and tend to corrode due to that. Relays usually don't go out so that is something to consider also.

I 've had the driver door switch assembly (locks and windows) completely appart and there was no corrosion. There are no power lock switches on any of the doors in the car, just the driver's door. The other door locks just operate manually by the lock knob.

i'm having the same problem in my 95 240sx. except my passanger lock will not lock from either of the doors, but it will open. Anyone got any ideas.

Sounds like just the opposite problem I'm having. Still haven't figured out what's up with mine.
