power door lock issue

my power door locks are acting up on my S-13, I have keyless entry, now I have no problems unlocking, both sides work, but when it come to locking only the drivers side works and the passengers doesn't. whats weird is that it will work sometimes, I know this cuz my alarm is set to lock the doors after 30 seconds from me starting my car. keep in mind my car is an SE and came with powerlocks standard, so all I needed was an actuator on the drivers side, but that works cuz I have no problems with the drivers side.
