power cut on high rev

When i have it in second gear and do a high rev or spin the tires a little and when i put it in nuturel it has a hard rev down and has a bogging noise that shakes the car a little. only happens when i do a high rev and then coast in nuturel. sometimes when i start going in first it has a lag in power then jumps back into being normal.

any ideas?
