it's been a while. I've even forgot my password

Few days ago I had a chance to visit my Infiniti master tech in part of Los Angeles. Drove 40 miles and I know engine is not fully warm when tests were performed. We did a fuel pressure test, A/T test, full diagnostic and even air bag test. FP test shows 34/46 psi. No error codes.

New OEM injectors installed over 3 years ago. New fuel pump, MAF, O2 sensor.
Others components installed the last 2-3 years: trans and engine mount, tokico blues, SS brake lines, strut bar, Q45A rear sway bar (bought from Mike Goody), radiator, trans cooler.

The numbers look good Percy. Congrats to the mechanic who got all 8 injectors seated properly.

Are you getting ready for smog? The tree huggers have been at it again. When you do go to get smogged notice that the limits have been lowered in all 3 catagories in the last 2 years-HC, NOX and CO, making it a bit tougher to pass. I just finished helping a local owner get past smog. He'd sold the car without smogging it (a federal offense in some people's opinion), spent the money on his mortgage payment, and the new owner couldn't get it smogged and wanted his money back. It took him 8 tries and about $250 over a 5 day period. If he had replaced a dying #3 injector it would have been much easier.

Thanks Heath and Mike.

Mike - It just passed the smog test last Sept. But I had pulled out my NICO ECU and put back in my orig. ECU. It passed with flying colors and now my NICO ECU is back in there.
