Power antenna

It does not move, but I hear the motor running. I have looked up the parts. Dealer list antenna, antenna mast, and antenna cable. Which do I need? Can I replace the antenna cable?

you can replace the mast assembly but first you need to remove the whole assembly from the car and take it apart remove all the broken peices from the wheel inside. reinstall it into the car and feed the antenna mast in have a partner turn the radio off while you bob the mast cable up and down while rotating it till it grabs the mast cable. then let the motor pull it in till it stops. reinstall the mast nut and test its operation.
