Power Antenna Problem

if it is like my Q45, there is a nylon chain that winds up or unwinds when the motor runs. The nylon chain may be broken. Next time you turn on the radio the antenna motor should run, pull on the attenna and see if it comes all the way out. You can purchase a replacement mask at places like crutchfield.

no, the motor does not turn...i will look for that chain as well...

Have you checked the fuse? Are you getting power to the motor?
