power acoustik?

hey i was looking at some power acoustik brand subs and i was wondering if anyone had any experiance with them....

the reason im asking is because i know most times you get what you pay for and these things are cheap....like $42 for one 10 inch sub..

any input would be great!

Elemental Designs has a 12" sub they sell for 25 bucks. Sure it's not the greatest, but it'd be real tough to beat for the money.

You are right you do get what you pay for. Don't expect much from them. Kicker and MTX has good Subs for the money (100 to 200 range) and they will last longer.

Lower-end JL Audio subs can be had for under $100 each. Whereas amps don't make an audible difference, speakers DO. I suggest spending a little extra on drivers, and save on the amps.
