This is the manufactures example of their blue using their own chrome base.

Thats candy blue. They have also whats called Hawaiian Blue, but from the looks of it it's pretty intense and very deep.

Alright no problem. My friend asked me to do his VG30E covers in the Candy Blue so we'll see how it comes out but I'll go ahead and order the Dormant Blue.

Heres the VG30E in Candy Blue. The flash on the camera tends to make the colors lighter when in fact they're a little darker shade.

I'll take another pic in the day without flash. The flash on my camera tends to make everything lighter. Im gonna do a CA cover in the Darker blue in a few days so I'll post those and you can make the final decision.

Just thought I'd show you the test piece I did. The Dormant blue is a crazy color, first time I get to use it. Its funny cause the powder is dark blue but when I spray it on it turns to chrome. Let it bake for a few minutes and throw on the clear coat and it magically changes colors back to blue.

Dont be misled by the photos. The color appears black, only in bright light does it turn blue.

That powerworks blue is the one I have that you saw on the VG30E covers. I could darken it by adding 2 coats.
